Antimony sulfide

Main performance: 1. It can also reduce the decomposition rate of organic adhesive at high temperature, improve the service life of materials, and play the role of high-temperature inorganic adhesive and lubricating friction adjuster. 3. In addition, the hardness of antimony sulfide and high-temperature reaction during braking is relatively low, which can reduce the noise and vibration generated by friction materials during braking. 4. Antimony sulfide has outstanding performance of adjusting friction coefficient, low temperature lubrication below 200 ℃, stable friction coefficient at 250 ℃, and anti-fading. 5. In some disc formulations at home and abroad, it is found that the use of antimony sulfide can play the role of high-temperature inorganic binder, thus reducing the amount of resin. 6. The particle size of antimony sulfide produced by our company is 1600 mesh ultra-fine, which can increase the fluidity of the product, improve the specific surface area of the product, and use it more fully.

Molybdenum disulfide

Function in friction material: 1. Reduce friction coefficient and wear at low temperature. 2. At high temperature, due to the oxidation and transformation into molybdenum trioxide and molybdenum trisulfide during the friction process, the layer structure is lost, which can not reduce the friction coefficient, but can inhibit the transfer of resin to the steel surface, effectively reduce the wear of the composite, improve its wear resistance, and extend its service life. 3. The oxidation products MoO3, MoS3 and MoS2 form copolymer particles. When the temperature rises, the copolymer particles expand, resulting in friction enhancement.
